摘要
采用不同高浓度的硝酸对由TiOSO4生成的Ti(OH)4进行处理,发现浓硝酸在低温下可以促使纳米金红石型二氧化钛的生成,用XRD及高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)对生成的晶粒晶型及形貌进行了分析,发现纳米晶的稳定性差,晶体界面有较多的缺陷和非晶,并有孪晶出现。
Different high concentration of HNO3 were used to deal with Ti(OH)4 produced with TiOSO4. It was found that at low temperature high concentration acid can promote the production of rutile titania. XRD and high resolution TEM (HRTEM) were applied to analyze the gradient and appearance of nanosize grain. It was concluded that the stability of nanosize crystal is weak. The twin crystals, defects and noncrystals in the boundary of the crystals were also observed.
