摘要
以聚氧乙烯甲基烯丙基二醚(APEO n)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MAn)、苯乙烯(St)等为共聚单体,采用不同引发剂,合成了一系列聚羧酸型梳状共聚物超分散剂,并以PEO n单酯化得酯化产物,研究了共聚物的结构、组成、添加量等对水泥粒子分散性能的影响。结果表明:超分散剂的性能受端基效应、酯化作用、接枝链的长度和密度的影响,当接枝链长度为30时,分散性能良好。
As superplasticizer, a series of comb-shaped copolymers of polycarboxylic acid were synthesized by polyoxyethylene allyl methyl diether(APEO-n), maleic anhydride(MAn), and styrene(St) with different initiators,and esterified with PEO-n. The effects of structure, composition, and dosage of copolymers on cement particles dispersing capability were studied. The results showed that the properties of superplastisizer were effected by the end group, the esterification, the length and density of graft chain. The superplasticizer has excellent dispersing capability as the length of graft chain was 30.
