摘要
宋代政府禁止奢侈消费的法令大部分是以销金禁令的形式出现。统治者对禁止销金十分重视,采 取了法律和行政手段来保证禁令的执行。但其结果却是"禁令屡下,民间无视",销金消费在宋代依然十分 盛行。宋代社会开始出现的等级消费秩序向自由消费秩序的转变是其中最主要的原因。
The government used the sumptuary law of woven gold as the main methods of forbidding the expenditure of luxury in Song Dynasty. The governors paid more attention to the for biddance of expenditure of woven gold by using legal and political methods to ensure the implement of the sumptuary law. The expenditure of woven gold still prevailed in Song Dynasty. It's the most primary reason that the changing of the system of grade expenditure to the system of free expenditure.
