摘要
以一套大型循环流化床装置的实验数据库为依托,实践了两种使用数据库数据为CFB 研究工作服务的方法。一种方法是使用数据库中的数据验证现有气固两相流数学模型。本论文验证了能量最小多尺度模型气固两相流计算软件包,发现该软件包能够正确的预测CFB 中气固两相流的流动,同时还有进一步改进的余地。另一种方法是对于某些复杂的气固两相流体系,在尚未具有能够精确描述流动特性的数学模型的情况下,利用数据库中的数据通过准数关联的方法进行预测。本文使用数据库中的数据研究颗粒弗鲁德准数(Fr_p)与CFB 中气固两相流流动特性之间的关系,发现Fr_p 能够关联CFB 提升管中的某些分布,但局限性很大。
CFB have found wide application in the chemical process industries due to their superior gas-solid contacting ability.How-ever the fluid dynamic behavior of these systems is still not fully understood because of the nonlinearity,complexity and asymmetry ofCFB flow.For this reason,experiments performed in industrial and semi-industrial equipment,in which wall effects are not predomi-nant,are very important.An Oracle database management system is used to restore and analyze the experimental data from a set of well-instrumented CFB equipment.Two different ideas to use the database data on CFB research were practiced.One is to validate themathematical model of CFB solid-gas two-phase flow by the database data.The software package based on Energy-MinimizationMulti-Scale model was validated.The other is to describe the dynamical behavior of the solid-gas two-phase flow in CFB equip-ment by the Modified Particle Froude Number with the assistant of the experimental data in the CFB database.
