介绍了踏面剥离的分类、形成机理、影响因素和减缓措施;重点讨论了车轮踏面剥离发生的形成机理和减缓措施;其中滚动接触剥离和制动剥离是两种主要剥离类型,滚动接触应力、制动热作用、热裂纹和机械作用是引起剥离的主要原因。
The classification about tread spalling,formation mechanism,affected factor and prophylactic measures of wheel tread spallingare summarized with emphasis of discussion being focused on formation mechanismand the prophylactic measures.It is reckoned rolling contact fatiguespalling and braking spalling are very important.In the mean time,rolling contact stress,braking heat energy,thermal crack and mechanical action are key causes of tread spalling.
