摘要
运用现代科学技术发展的一般规律,分析并论证了我国通信行业在建国后,特别是在近20年来的发展中所存在的一些问题和应采取的一些有效措施.指出了通信行业对国民经济的发展和未来人民文化生活水平的提高的重要性,同时展望了21世纪我国通信行业所面临的机遇和挑战,最后对如何加速发展我国的通信产业作了若干思考.
Applying the general law of development of modern science and technology,the authors analyze and discuss in this paper some problems existing in the development of telecommunication industry in China after the founding of the Peoples′s Republic of China,especially in recent two decades and some efficient measures which should be taken. It is pointed out that telecommunication industry is most important to the development of national economy and rising of the living standards of people in the future. At the same time,some opportunities and challenges of developing telecommunication industry of China in 21st century are viewed. Lastly,several measures about how to speed up the development of telecommunication industry of China are considered.
