摘要
本文报道了不同水温、饵料对紫海胆生长的影响 .壳径 1 5 .5 ~ 1 9.0 mm的紫海胆能忍耐 1 0℃的低温 ,忍耐高温极限为 3 4℃ ,在同等条件下 2 8℃水温紫海胆壳径和体重的生长率分别是 3 2℃时的 1 .4倍和 1 .3倍 ;对 4种不同饵料 ,单独投喂石莼时 ,84d紫海胆的壳径和体重的生长率分别是 3 3 .9%和 2 1 6.3 % ,分别是投喂海带的 1 .2和 1 .4倍、江蓠的 2 .2和 3 .5倍、羊栖菜的 3 .2和 5 .7倍 .
This paper report the performance for the effect of growth of Anthocidaris crassispina under different temperature and food conditions.The test showed that Anthocidaris crassispina(shell diameter 15.5~19.0mm)may endure pain cold at 10℃,and the endurance of the highest temperature is 34℃.The growth rate in shell diameter and weight of Anthocidaris crassispina at 28℃ is 1.4 times and 1.3 times of that at 32℃ under the same conditions. Under different food condition, the growth rate in shell diameter and weight of Anthocidaris crassispina is 33.9% and 216.3% in 84 days when it was fed with Ulava, that is 1.2 times and 1.4 times of those fed with L.japonica, 2.2 times and 3.5 times of those fed with G.tenuistipitata, 3.2 times and 5.7 times of those fed with S.fusiforme.
