连续换热式氨合成反应器中催化剂活性系数的快速确定

摘要 以我国中型合成氨厂典型的三套管并流式氨合成反应器为例,采用反应器数学模型模拟反应器操作计算.将计算的不同时期的催化床进口温度、催化床出口温度、催化床进口空速、催化床出口氨含量等操作灵敏参数以及氨日产量与工业实测数据相对照,可简单快速确定催化剂在不同使用时期的活性系数,对指导工业生产和氨合成反应器设计具有重要的意义. Taking the typical three-tube co-current ammonia synthesis reactor in a middle-size ammonia synthesis plant of our country as an example, the mathematical models of the reactor were employed to simulate the reactor operation calculation. The calculated sensitive parameters of inlet temperature, outlet temperature, inlet vacant velocity and outlet ammonia molar fraction of the catalyst bed and the daily ammonia output can be compared with those measured in industrial production to simply and quickly determine the catalyst active (coefficients) during different production periods,which has an important significance to instruct industrial (ammonia) production and ammonia synthesis reactor design.
