摘要
提出了一种以车流规划目标流率饱和度为基础的露天矿卡车实时调度模型。它包括两个调度准则,可以在车流规划状态稳定时,最大限度地实现各道路的目标流率;在车流规划状态转换时,较快地实现车流的转移;还能对随机因素导致的特殊情况进行处理。它的静动态特性优良,生产均衡性好。文中将该模型与国外广泛采用的动态规划实时调度模型进行了比较,并以首钢水厂铁矿作为实例,对车流规划状态转换的过渡过程进行了仿真。
This paper describes a truck real-time truck dispatching model for the strip mines,based on the truck flow saturation of the programming.The model including two dispatching rules can both realize the truck flow when the truck flow programming is steady or changed and weaken the effect of the random factors.The dispatching model has the excellent dynamic and equilibrium characteristics.This paper compares the model with the foreign dynamic programming model,and simulates the truck dispatching process when the truck flow programming is changed,based on the data of Shuichang iron mine.
