摘要
长处管理策略是近30年来西方国家风靡的一种管理方法。在阐述其内涵、作用以及国内外应用的基础上,着重对中国旅游企业运用长处管理策略现状的调查进行了分析,指出必须将长处管理策略运用于中国旅游企业人力资源管理,在促进企业员工事业成功的同时,培养一支优秀的从业人员队伍,以达到产业的预定目标,实现"从亚洲旅游大国向世界旅游强国的跨越"。
LIFO is a fashionable management method in the western countries in the past thirty years. Based on expounding LIFO's intension, role and its application to the worldwide business management, this paper first analyzes the situation of the LIFO's application in human resource management of tourism enterprises in our country. It then points out that LIFO should be applied in this field in order to increase the staff productivity, improve individual performance and build an excellent staff-team. In this way, it can be achieved to build China from a big tourism nation in Asia into a global tourism power.
