摘要
挤压腔体温度的控制作为铜扁线连续挤压生产中的主要控制过程,其受到较多因素的影响,通过解析法建立挤压腔体温度变化的数学模型十分困难,因此本文提出一种通过实验测定的方法建立被控对象数学模型的简易方法,并以此应用于系统控制方面的研究参考。
Temperature control of the cavity is the central point of the control system of continuousextrusion production of copper strip. However, it's difficult to establish the mathematicalmodel of the cavity's temperature control system by analytical approach, because manyfactors can impact on modeling. The authors introduce a kind of application of experimentalmethod to establish it's mathematical model, and set up as reference to control systemresearch.
