摘要
用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)分析了冷藏期间板栗内激素的含量.结果表明,未萌动、萌动和发芽的板栗胚内 ABA 含量依次降低,而 CTKs 含量依次升高.-2℃下冷藏过程中,板栗胚内 ABA,IAA 和 CTKs 的含量随贮藏时间延长而变化。150~650 Gy ^(60)Coγ射线辐照处理虽使板栗胚内激素含量表现出差异,但并未改变 ABA/CTKs 和 ABA/(CTKs+IAA)的比值由高到低、再由低到高的变化的趋势。CO_2处理时间的长短对板栗胚内 ABA/IAA 和ABA/CTKs 的比值有显著影响。不同浓度(10%~40%)的 CO_2处理45 d 的板栗,其胚内ABA/IAA 和 ABA/CTKs 的比值普遍高于处理35 d 的,而 CO_2浓度和激素含量及其平衡关系之间没有明显的相关性。这表明 CO_2处理时间的长短比 CO_2浓度对三种激素的含量及平衡关系有更大的影响。
The contents of phytohormone in the embryos of chestnut were assayed by ELISA.The re- sult showed that the ABA content in unsprouted,sprouted and germinated embryos of chestnut decreased according to the order and the CTKs(Z,ZR,iPA and iP)content increased according to the order.In the course of—2℃ refrigerated storage,ABA,IAA,and CTKs content of chestnut embryos changed with the storage time.The treatment of 15~65 kilorad ^(60)Coγ-ray radiation produced some differences in the phyto- hormone content of chestnut embryos,but it did not alter the trend of ratio of ABA/CTKs and ABA/ (CTKs+IAA)from high to low and then from low to high.The treatment time of CO_2 had a great influ- ence on the ratio of ABA/IAA and ABA/CTKs.The chestnut under 45 days treatment of different CO_2 concentration(10%~40%)generally had a ratio of ABA/IAA of embryos higher than that under 35 days treatment.But CO_2 concentration and hormones content and their balance had no significant correlation. This showed that CO_2 treatment time had more influence than CO_2 concentration on hormones content and their balance.
