摘要
目的 探讨C -erbB - 2蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中表达的意义。方法 采用单克隆抗体免疫组化S -P法 ,对 5 8例口腔鳞状细胞癌和 12例正常口腔粘膜进行免疫组化染色 ,检测C -erbB - 2基因的表达情况 ,并采用全自动图像分析仪对染色结果进行定量分析。结果 口腔鳞状细胞癌中C -erbB - 2的表达高于正常粘膜 ,高分化口腔鳞状细胞癌表达低于中低分化者 ,颈淋巴结转移组高于未转移组。结论 C -erbB - 2在口腔鳞状细胞癌中存在过度表达 ,其表达程度越高 ,提示肿瘤的恶性肿瘤程度越高 ,越容易发生转移或局部浸润。
Objective To study the clinical significance of C-erbB-2 oncoprotein expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).Methods C-erbB-2 oncoprotein expression was examined in 58 OSCC and 12 normal oral mucosa (NOM) by using immunohistochemical method,the staining-grade was quantitatively studied by multiple-functional image analyzer.Results C-erbB-2 oncoprotein expression grade was much higher in OSCC than that in NOM;highly differentiated OSCC had a lower expression grade than middle and poor differentiated OSCC;the cases with lymphnode metastasis had a higher expression grade than the cases without lymphnode metastasis.Conclusion C-erbB-2 overexpression was an important event in the formation and development of OSCC.A higher expression grade indicated a lower differentiated level of the tumor,and metastasis or local invasion occuredmore frequently.Higher expression degree of C-erbB-2 resulted in a poor prognosis.
