摘要
石油资源的有效利用迫在眉睫,文章一是建议要在炼油厂总体加工流程上提高减压蜡油和减压渣油转化为轻质油品的比例;二是建议加强节能降耗,提出要注意炼油厂低温热的利用,对运输车辆节能要减轻其车辆的自重,提倡高质量润滑油的使用等。
It is urgent that oil resource should be used in an efficient way. The article suggests that oil refining plants increase the transformation ratio in the process of transforming oil products into lighter products. Energy saving &cost reduction should be further reinforced by a means of proper utilization of low temperature heat in refining factory, reduction of transportation facilities itself weight, and recommended to use high quality lubricating oil.
