摘要
可靠和有效是观察、记录动物行为所必需考虑的2个问题,尤其是前者。可靠是指观测的可重复性和稳定性,完成可靠的观测由准确、敏感、一致等因素所决定,可靠性的好坏经常由相关系数来表示。在动物行为研究中,实验通常由多个观测者进行,或是采用不同观测方法,这就需要在正式实验之前检验不同观测者、观测方法之间是否存在一致性,即彼此的观测结果是否都相当准确和敏感,如果两者存在显著的相关,才能进行正式实验或是数据的分析和比较。即使实验由一个观测者进行。
When measuring animal behaviour, the analysis of reliability of inter- observer and different recording methods in the pilot experiment would be a great help to definite the behavioural variables unambiguously and to choose the suitable record- ing method in the formal experiment. This conclusion was proved by the behavioural measurement of adult male Brandt's vole.
