摘要
本文研究了分散剂、粘结剂及固相含量等流变学因素对喷雾造粒粉体流动性的影响。结果表明 ,Al2 O3 3wt.%nano TiO2 浆料具有剪切变稀的特性 ,有利于复合陶瓷粉体的喷雾造粒。当固相含量为浆料总质量的6 0 % ,分散剂和粘结剂分别为固相质量的 0 3%和 1 0 %时 ,浆料具有合适的粘度和最佳的分散稳定性 ,喷雾造粒所得到的粉体形状为球形或近球形 ,具有较高的松装密度和良好的流动性 ,满足用于热喷涂的需要。
The rheological factors of aqueous Al -2O -3/3wt.% nano-TiO -2 slurries on the flow power of Al -2O -3/3wt.% nano-TiO -2 powder prepared by spray prilling were investigated in consideration of dispersant content,binder content and solid loading.The results indicated that all the slurries exhibited shear-thinning behaviors,which is beneficial to the spray prilling process for the composite ceramic powders.When solid loadings is 60wt.% of total mass,the A15 dispersant and binder content was 0 ^3wt.% and 1 ^0wt.% of solid loadings respectively,the slurry had low viscosity and good dispersity and stability.Powders prepared by spray prilling using optimized slurry have good spherical shape and little size distribution so as to have good flow power and high loose packed density.The composite powders by spray prilling can be applied for thermal spraying process on account of good fluidity.
