摘要
在大鼠Langendorff灌流模型上观察灌流液含不同浓度Ca^(2+)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明:随再灌液中Ca^(2+)浓度的增加(分别为0、1.5、3.0、5.0mmol/L),以心肌组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力下降、脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量、Ca含量及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)漏出量增加为指标的组织损伤进行性加重。
Rat hearts on Langendorff apparatus were used to investigate the effects of different Ca^(2+) conc-entration in reperfusion fluid on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. The results showed that after45 min of ischemia, on reperfusion with different concentrations of calcium ions(0, 1.5, 3.0, 5.0mmol/Lrespectively) in reperfusion fluid, the myocardial calcium and MDA content, and LDH leakage increa-sed significantly, while GSH-Px activity decreased. The changes were most prominent when calciumconcentration was 3.0 mmol/L. Results evidenced that extracellular calcium ion concentration significa-ntly influences the severity of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury with 3.0 mmol/L of calcium ionas the highest limit.
