摘要
挣值管理是现代项目管理中的一种有效方法,通过对传统的单因素偏差分析和挣值管理两种方法的比较,阐述了用挣值管理进行项目进度与成本集成管理的优越性,并提出我国建设挣值管理体系的初步设想。
Earned Value Management is a efficient method of the contemporary project management,this paper expounds the superiority of Earned Value Management on project time and cost,through the comparison between traditional single factor deflection analysis and the Earned Value Management, and point out the preliminary assumption of establishing Earned Value Management system in China.
