摘要
加入WTO后,我国的经济将纳入全球化的轨道,其中我国农产品贸易将面临较好的机遇和较大的挑战,完善农产品贸易中的法律规定,为农产品贸易提供优质的法律服务是现阶段我国法律工作中的一项重要任务。
China entered WTO on Dec.11.2001.With its WTO accession,China has entered the course of economic globalization.There are many opportunities and challenges in our agricultural products trade.It is an important task to perfect our regulations about agricultural products trade and supply the law service of high grade for it.
