摘要
研究了以纸张和乙酸木素为原料合成聚氨酯材料的方法,分析了合成的聚氨酯材料的物理特性及其表面形态。研究结果表明,木素-TDI-PEG线型造爪聚合物能够与纸张中纤维素的羟基反应,生成氨基甲酸酯结构,其不仅可在纤维之间起到架桥作用,还可以把木素与纤维联结起来,形成纤维-木素-TDI-PEG四元体系型聚氨酯复合材料;该复合材料对纸张耐折度、挺度、耐破度和湿强度等物理指标有明显改善作用。
The methods of synthesis of polyurethane by using paper and acetic acid lignin as raw materials were investigated. The surface
feature and physical characteritics of the polyurethane materials were also analyzed. It was found that carbomate bond was formed between
lignin-TDI-PEG telechelate polymer and cellulose in paper because lignin-TDI-PEG telechelate polymer could react with hydroxyl of
cellulose in fibers. Carbomate bond not only can link the distant fibers in paper together, but also can connect fiber with lignin. Therefore,
the fiber-lignin-TDI-PEG type polyurethane is formed which enhances the paper strength.
