摘要
目的 :研究脑波治疗仪治疗脑卒中后伴发抑郁症状的疗效。 方法 :采用双盲对照法 ,选取脑卒中伴发抑郁症状患者 186例 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别在常规神经科治疗上加脑波治疗仪、加抗抑郁药、单纯常规神经科治疗 ,比较其疗效。 结果 :前 2种方法的疗效均好于后 1种 ,且第 1种疗法的不良反应少。 结论 :脑波治疗仪加上常规神经科治疗能促进脑卒中的康复。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of brain wave care apparatus on depressive disorder induced by stroke. Method:Double blind controlled study was used.186 post stroke patients with depression were divided into three groups,firsr group were treated with routinely neurologic therapy plus Brain wave care apparatus,second group were treated with routinely neurologic therapy plus antidepressants,and third group were treated with single routinely neurologic therapy,respectively. Results:The former two ways were better than the latter way for response,and few side-effects was found in the first way. Conclusion:routinely neurologic therapy plus Brain wave care appavatuscon promote vecovery about poststroke patients with depression.
