摘要 目的  用正交实验提取吴茱萸中有效成分吴茱萸次碱,优选吴茱萸的工业提取路线。方法  采用 HPLC法测定吴茱萸水提物中吴茱萸次碱的含量,测定结果进行方差分析,求出最佳条件。结果  实验表明,煎煮次数、溶媒用量对吴茱萸次碱的提取影响较大,煎煮时间则次之。结论  经筛选,吴茱萸中生物碱水提取的工艺路线为:煎煮 0.5 h,煎煮 3 次,每次用 16 倍量水,在此条件下吴茱萸中生物碱提取完全。 Objective Extracting rutaecarpine from Evodia rutaecarpa which is the effective component in Evodia rutaecarpa and then optimum for the best industry extracting course. Method To adopt the way of HPLC to determine the content of rutaecarpine which was extracted by using of water from Evodia rutaecarpa. Analysing the results of determination by using analysis of variance, and finding the best condition of extracting rutaecarpine. Result The experiment show that decoction time and menstruum dosage have the evidence influence on extracting rutaecarpine, and decoction hour take second place. Conclusion After the experiment, the best technics route of extracting rutaecarpine from Evodia rutaecarpa is decoction 0.5 h, and decoction three times with 16 times quality water every time. Under this condition, the rutaecarpine is extracted completely from Evodia rutaecarpa.
