摘要
对R6100ZQ型车用柴油机的循环变动特性进行了测试,结果表明,该机存在着不可忽视的循环变动。对该机工作过程中各参数所做的回归分析表明,循环喷油量的变化是造成平均指示压力变动的主要原因;而循环喷油量和喷油开始时刻的改变对最高爆发压力的变动也有重要的影响。
The characteristics of operating cycle variations for a model R6100ZQ automotive diesel engine are tested and measured. It is concluded that there are nonnegligible variations of operating cycles in this engine. Meanwhile a regression analysis on various parameters in operating process of the engine shows that the variations of mean indicated pressure are caused by the variations of the injection quantity in each cycle, furthermore the variations of the injection quantity and starting injection time also significantly affecb the variations of maximum explosive pressure.
