摘要
长期以来,微量元素硒是动物营养界所关注的重点和研究的热点。本文着重从硒的化学,自由基与抗氧化系统,硒蛋白,与凋亡、癌症以及生殖系统的关系等几个方面对硒的研究加以综述。
Selenium of trace element is always the focus in animal nutrition over a long period of time. Chemistry of Selenium, free radical and antioxidant system, selenoproteins, and its interaction with apoptosis, cancer and reproductive system were mainly reviewed in this paper.
