摘要
接触问题是摩擦学问题分析中重要的一部分 ,由于接触问题的非线性 ,使得工程分析研究较为困难。文中以球体静态接触为对象 ,建立模型并推导出赫兹接触应力、变形公式。通过利用有限元分析软件 ,采用点 -面接触分析 ,对ANSYS有限元分析计算结果与推导公式计算的解进行比较 ,指出利用 ANSYS求解实体表面接触问题是准确可靠的。研究结果表明 ,采用 ANSYS有限元分析软件为分析摩擦学的表面接触问题提供了方法与途径。
Contact problem is an important portion in the tribological problem analysis,because the non linearity of contact problem makes the engineering analysis and research relatively difficult.Sphere contact as object,contact stress and distortion formula of Hertz are deduced theoretically from the modeling.Through the use of finite element analysis software and adopting point-surface contact analysis,the results of ANSYS and the solutions deduced from formula are being compared;the outcome is exact and reliable by making use of ANSYS to look for solutions.The research results show it provides a solution and approach by using ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze surface contact problem of tribology.
