^(60)Co γ射线辐照处理圆叶决明种子对其生物学特性的影响 被引量:18

EFFECTS OF ^(60)Co γ-RAY IRRADIATION ON GROWTH CHARACTERS OF Chamaecrista SEEDS

摘要 利用60 Coγ射线辐照豆科决明属 5个牧草品种的种子 ,通过盆栽试验观测其辐射效应。结果表明 ,辐射处理 5个决明品种的出苗率都有不同程度的下降 ;3472 1品种的茎长有显著下降、2 2 1 9品种的茎粗有显著增长、2 2 1 9品种的叶宽有极显著增长 ,其余无显著差异。供试 5个品种的分枝数、叶数、叶长都无显著差异 ,但大多数经辐射处理的种子的叶子在早期出现黑褐色斑点。供试品种的地上部植株干重表现为双向性 ,既有增长又有下降 ,其中 92 985品种有极显著增长、3472 1品种有显著减少 ,其余 3个品种无显著差异 ;2 2 1 7品种植株全N含量有显著提高、92 985品种全P含量则显著下降。供试的 5个品种的现蕾期、初花期、盛花期 ,初荚期、盛荚期、成熟期改变表现为双向性 ,既有提早 ,也有推迟。 The seeds of 5 Chamaecrista varieties were irradiated by 60 Co γ-ray of 300Gy and the effects on M-1 generation were studied.The results showed that the emergence of 5 Chamaecrista varieties decreased in some degree; the stem-length of variety 34721 was significantly decreased, the stem-diameter of variety 2219 and the leaf-width of variety 2219 were significantly increased. The number of branch, leaf and leaf-length had no significant difference, but there were many black bots in the leaf during early period; the dry-weight of aerial part changed in two directions, either increased (92985) or decreased (34721). The total N of variety 2217 were significantly increased and the total P of variety 92985 were significantly decreased. The squaring stage, initiate flower stage, full bloom stage, pod-bearing stage, peak pod setting stage and maturing stage had changed in two direction, either early, or late.
