摘要 本文系统研究了利用超临界流体萃取技术从香料烟浸膏中萃取烟草净油的方法.考察了萃取温度、压力、时间、CO2的流量、夹带剂的种类及其用量等工艺条件对烟草净油的品质和得率的影响,确定了最优的萃取工艺条件:在打入超临界CO2的同时添加4%~8%(体积比)的夹带剂组成混合萃取溶剂、萃取温度40~45℃、压力25~30MPa、CO2流量2~4L/min、萃取时间3~5h,可得到相当于原料量8%~10%的烟草净油.用GC/MS方法对烟草净油中的挥发性化学成分进行了分析鉴定结果表明,该烟草净油中含有多种烟草中的挥发性特征香气化学成分.烟草净油的卷烟加香评吸结果显示,利用超临界流体从香料烟浸膏中萃取制备的烟草净油能明显提高卷烟的抽吸品质,具有增加烟香、减少刺激、掩盖杂气、使烟气甜润、细腻柔和的效果,是一种高品质的烟用香料. The extraction of tobacco absolute from the oriental tobacco crude concrete was studied. The effects of extraction influences factors on quality and yield of the tobacco absolute were investigated and the optimum technological conditions were defined. The tobacco absolute, yield accounting for 8%~~10% of material, could be extracted by supercritical fluid, which was made up of carbon dioxide and entrainer of 4%~8%, under such optimum conditions as extraction pressure 25~30MPa, temperature 40~45℃, time 3-5hrs, CO2 flow rate 2 ~4L/min. The volatile chemical constituents of the absolute were separated and identified by GC/MS. Result indicated that there were many volatile flavoring substances in the absolute. Casing experiment showed that the tobacco absolute could reduce irritation and improve smoking taste effectively.
