摘要
本研究自5个昆虫病原线虫品系离体培养得到35株共生细菌菌株 ,生物测定结果表明:SteinernemaSsy3线虫品系的共生菌对玉米螟(Ostriniafurnacalis)幼虫有较高的胃毒毒力 ,对存活虫的生长发育有明显的抑制作用。对高毒力菌株相关因子的研究表明 :高毒力菌株Ssy-1B经50℃处理10min及18W紫外灯下60cm高度垂直照射60min杀虫活性仍很稳定 ;Ⅰ、Ⅱ型共生菌对大蜡螟(Galleriamellonella)
Thirty five strains of symbiotic bacteria were isolated directly from5entomopathogenic nematode strains.Bioassays showed that the oral insecticidal activity of Steinernema sp.Ssy3strain was higher than that of others,which distinctly inhibited the growth of Ostrinia larvae.The relative factors of insecticidal activity showed that it was stable in the conditions of50℃,10minutes and ultravi-olet rays60minutes.Bioassays of high virulent strains ofⅠ、Ⅱphase had highly virulent to Galleria mellonella.
