摘要
实验从有青枯病的番茄茎中分离出198株无致病力青枯菌,室内平板喷雾法拮抗试验表明,有39个菌株在PSA培养基上可明显抑制青枯菌Bs01~05的生长,采用番茄"合作903"品种对这39株平板拮抗菌进行温室盆栽试验,最终筛选出2株(100,134)表现较好的控病效果,其20d后的防效分别为43%和47%。
A total of 198 avirulent strains of Ralstonia solanacearum were obtained from the stem of tomato plants affected by this pathogen. In vitro antagonistic assay by spraying indicated that 39 of the strains significantly inhibited the growth of R. solanacearum Bs 01~05 on PSA media. In a disease-control experiment with tomato cultivar Hezuo 903 carried out in greenhouse, two isolates (100 and 134) gave satisfactory results of disease control, the disease severity decreasing by 43% and 47%, respectively.
