摘要
采用问卷调查、统计、教学实验和文献分析等研究方法对普通大学生体育舞蹈教学后的身心变化进行研究。应用精神分析自评量表 (SCL - 90 )调查分析学生心理特征的变化。通过教学实验与普通体育课教学效果进行对比 ,结果显示 :体育舞蹈教学不论在身体素质、心理健康。
The research methods including survey, statistic, teaching practice and paper analysis were taken to explore the changes of body quality and mentality of undergraduates who are not majoring in Physical Education after dancesport education. Psychological characteristics were analyzed with Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90). The results suggested that dancesport education is advantage in body quality, psychological health, cultural accomplishment and social relationship over regular physical education by comparison.
