摘要 目的 :检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)和E2 6转录因子 (E2 6transformation specific 1,Ets 1)在原发性卵巢癌中的表达 ,为评估卵巢癌的生物学行为提供新的依据。方法 :应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素—过氧化物酶复合法 (streptomycinavidin biotin peroxidasecomplex,SP)检测 32例卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达 ,观察其与肿瘤组织学分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及相互之间的关系。结果 :卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;bFGF和Ets 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的FIGO分期和组织学分级密切相关 ;有淋巴结转移患者的bFGF和Ets 1阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移患者 (P <0 .0 0 5和P <0 .0 1) ;癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达密切相关 ,相关系数rs0 .396 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :bFGF和Ets 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的转移有密切关系 ,检测bFGF和Ets Objective:To provide new evidence for understanding the biological behavior of primary ovarian carcinoma, the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and E26 transformation-specific-1(Ets-1) was detected in primary ovarian carcinoma. Methods:Streptomycin avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (SP) was used to detect the expression of bFGF and Ets-1 in 32 cases of primary ovarian carcinoma. The relationship between their expression and FIGO stage , histologic grade as well as the status of lymph node was analyzed.Results:① Carcinoma tissue of primary ovarian carcinoma had higher expression of bFGF and Ets-1 than neighbouring ovarian tissue( P< 0.001 ).② Expression of bFGF and Ets-1 closely correlated with FIGO stage and histologic grade of primary ovarian carcinoma.③Within carcinoma tissue, patients with metastases of omental lymph-nodes had higher expression of bFGF and Ets-1 than patients without metastases.④The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between bFGF and Ets-1(r s0.396, P<0.05).Conclusions:The results show that the expression of bFGF and Ets-1 correlates well with metastases of primary ovarian cancer. So it can be one of the parameters for understanding of biologic behavior of ovarian carcinoma .
