分析了知识型员工的特点、流失原因,提出了留住知识型员工的具体措施:合理的员工价值定位;企业与个人共同成长;共享企业发展成果;营造舒畅气氛;加强培训。
The paper analyses the features and leaving couses for knowledge- oriented staff and then puts forward the measures to keep the staff from leaving:rational positioning of staff's values,mutual developmentof the enterprise and workers,share ofenterprise's profits,creation of free atmosphere and strengthening of training.
