摘要
目的 :监测临床病原菌对 11种抗生素的耐药率 ,以指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法 :采用Etest法药敏试验测定我院及呼吸疾病研究所分离的 183株细菌对 11种抗生素的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 :11种抗生素中总耐药率最低的是头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦 (2 4 .7% )、环丙沙星 (4 3.2 % )、头孢他啶 (4 9.2 % )。 5 7%大肠埃希菌高耐环丙沙星 (MIC≥ 32 μg/mL)。头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦、环丙沙星、头孢他定对绿脓假单胞菌的耐药率分别是2 4 %、4 0 %、4 8%。对不动杆菌的耐药率头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦 (9.1% )、头孢他定 (4 5 .5 % )、环丙沙星 (5 4 .5 % )。结论 :头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦、环丙沙星、头孢他定对 183株病原性细菌的耐药率最低。
Objective:to survey the resistance of pathogenic bacteria to 11 kinds of antibiotics, and to guide the reasonable use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods: E-test method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 11 kinds of antibiotics against 183 strains pathogenic bacteria isolated by Institute of Respiratory and our hospital. Results: Among the 11 kinds of antibiotics, Cefoperazone /sulbactam, ciprofloxacin and ceftazidime showed the lowest drug resistant rate (24.7%,43.2% and 49.2% respectively). 57% of Escherichia Coli strains were resistant to ciprofloxacin (MIC≥32 μg/ml). For Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the drug resistant rates of cefoperazone/Sulbactam, ciprofloxacin and ceftazidime were 24%, 40%, and 48%, respectively. And for Acineobacter, the three kinds of antibiotics′ drug resistant rates were 9.1%, 45.5%and 54.5%, respectively. Conclusion: As a result of testing, Cefoperazone/Sulbactam, ciprofloxacin and ceftazidime had the lowest drug resistant rate to 183 strains pathogenic bacteria.
