摘要
本文研究了一些豆科牧草的植物超弱发光特征。植物超弱发光部位随苗龄而变化;不同豆科牧草的发光总量不同,并随光合作用的增加而逐渐降低。种子中高级脂肪酸成分及含量和它在苗期的植物超弱发光相关:它与棕榈酸及C_(14-18)~0的含量间呈负相关;和C_(16-24)^(1-3)不饱和脂肪酸含量呈正相关,相关系数分别为r=-0.9131、r=-0.9015及r=0.8976。
Determination and analytical results have shown that the varieties and contans of higher fatty acids in seeds some luguminous plants are correlated with their super—weak luminescence, in the course of seed germination; the super—weak luminescence are correlated negatively with the contants of C_(14-18)~0 fatty acid and pentadecanoic acid, with correlation coefficients being —0.9131, and —0.9015 respectively, but correlated positively with the contants of C_(18-24)^(1-3) fatty acid, r=0.8976. In adition, each leguminous plant has its own luminescence characteristics; the development change characteristics for organs of luminescence depend on the stage of the seeding.
