摘要
汽车的高性能化需要高强度和长寿命的合金结构钢。提高齿轮钢的强度需要改善其抗疲劳性能;1200N/mm2螺栓钢和2000N/mm2弹簧钢的强度需要改善抗延迟断裂性能和抗疲劳性能;提高微合金非调质钢的强度需要改善其韧性。重点论述了上面4种汽车用合金结构钢的技术进展。
High performance and high efficiency automobiles require structural alloy steels to be improved both in strength and service life. Fatigue property of case hardening steel becomes critical to the gear service along with the increase of strength.Delayed fracture is needed to be overcome as ultimate tensile strength of bolt steel over 1 200 N/mm2.Longer fatigue life is the key point for spring steel with ultimate tensile strength of 2 000 N/mm2 grade.Toughness of microalloyed forging steel should be improved with the increase of strength.The technical progress of the four kinds of structural alloy steel mentioned above is reviewed in the paper.
