摘要
应用低温等离子体对柞丝织物进行染色前处理。研究表明,处理后可去除织物表面杂质,纤维表面性能发生变化,提高了柞丝织物吸湿性能和染色性能,并且降低能耗、缩短工艺时间,可取得比常规前处理工艺更为显著的效果。
Treats the tussah fabrics with low temperature plasma before dyeing. The results indicate thatsome impurity on the surface of the fabrics disappears, the surface properties of the fiber change and themoisture absorption and dyeing properties of the fabric increase. This process costs much less energy andshorter time and can obtains better effect than the normal one.
