摘要
有效地对供应商进行评价是对供应链进行管理的重要组成部分 .文中讨论了建立供应商评价体系的原则 ,并在此基础上建立了基于合作机制的 ,供应链管理下的 ,供应商评价的综合评价指标体系 .在评价过程中使用模糊综合评价的模型与方法 ,并且运用了改进的三标度层次分析法确定各指标的权重 ,减少参与评判者的主观不确定性 ,从而使两两比较时更具合理性与科学性 ,同时也加快计算的收敛速度 .
Effective evaluation to supplier is an important part of supplier management. The paper discusses the principle of the establishment for supplier evaluation, brings forward the synthesize evaluation index system, which is based on the supply chain management of cooperation mechanism. During the evaluation, the models and methods of fuzzy synthetically evaluation are used. The improved AHP is applied to confirm the index-weight of each index, which can not only reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty of the evaluation to get a logical judgment, but also accelerate the calculation. Finally, a concrete calculation example is presented to test the feasibility.
