摘要
目的 了解本区食品和公共场所从业人员HBeAg阳性情况。方法 通过采用ELISA法,对本站1996～2000年健康体检中的3187份HBsAg阳性血清进行HBeAg检测和分析。结果 3187份HBsAg阳性血清HBeAg阳性率为22.65％,其中男性22.51％,女性22.76％。各年份HBsAg阳性率有逐年增高趋势。不同年龄组以15～岁组36.43％为最高。在所有制形式中,个体阳性率最高。结论 对每年体检HBsAg阳性者应重点跟踪调查,及时调离HBsAg阳性者,把15～年龄组和个体企业从业人员作为重点体检人群。
Objective To comprehend HBeAg status of staff in the food trade and public place. Method 3187 HBeAg( + ) cases were measured for HBeAg by ELISA from 1996 to 2000. Results HBeAg( + )rate was 22.65% in 3187 HBsAg( + ) cases,22.51% (male) 22.76% (woman). It increased year by year from 1996 to 2000.15 ~ was the highest(36.43%) in different age groups.The rate of HBeAg( + ) of private enterprise personnel was the highest in ownership. Conclusion We should follow the personnel of HBsAg( + ) every year. Personnel of HBsAg( + ) must be transferred to another post in time. Staff member in 15 ~ age groups and private enterprise are major group for physical examinstion.
