压入深度与膜厚对薄膜与基体复合硬度及弹性模量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 根据高华建的复合弹性模量模型,提出了用一个测点的载荷-位移曲线计算整个压入深度内薄膜和基体复会硬度分布的方法,探讨了压入深度与膜厚对硬度与弹性模量测量值的影响,指出可由膜-基复合性能反推膜本身的性能. A method using one load-displacement curve to calculate composite hardness distribution of coating-substrate system was proposed and varified on Nano-Ⅱ indenter. To take into account the variation of composite elastic modulus through the indentation depth and its effect on hardness measurement, the Gao′s model was introduced in the present method. The results of electroless Ni-P coatings with different thicknesses indicated that the composite hardness calculated by the proposed method agrees basically with experimental data. It appeared to be most important that the true hardness of coatings can be predicted provided that several composite hardnesses have been obtained experimentally.
