大鼠气管软骨和肌肉残余应变研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出两次性剪开方法,即沿着垂直于气管软骨切线方向剪开软骨和肌肉的两个连接点,由此分别得到气管软骨和肌肉的零应力状态,并定义了表征零应力状态的软骨和肌肉张开角.通过检测得到的气管软骨和肌肉无载荷和零应力状态的几何信息,计算软骨和肌肉内、外壁残余应变,以及相应的张开角.结果表明软骨外壁处存在拉伸残余应变,内壁处存在压缩残余应变;肌肉外壁处存在拉伸残余应变,靠近气管杈的气管环肌肉内壁处存在压缩残余应变,其余气管环肌肉的内壁处存在拉伸残余应变,这和血管等组织不同.结果还表明,软骨的残余应变要比肌肉的小很多,往往只是肌肉的十分之一左右;软骨张开角和肌肉残余应变呈正相关关系;无论是残余应变的绝对值还是张开角,都随着气管环轴向位置的下移而减小.所得结果不仅表明气管是一周向和轴向极为非均匀的生物材料,而且显示气管的残余应变情况与血管、食管等组织不同,是深入研究气管重建的基础.
