摘要
新农保制度已于2012年便已覆盖全国的县级行政单位,是我国社会保障机制中重要的组成部分。本文采用中国家庭追踪调查(China Family Panel Studies, CFPS)的最新数据(CFPS2020)进行研究新农保对农村个人收入的影响。基于嵌套模型的思想,采用OLS多元回归的分析方法,对CFPS2020的数据进行研究。结果表明参加新农保能够促进农村居民个人收入,同时也会受到个体异质性影响。为此,应该做好新农保制度的顶层设计,加大新农保相关政策的宣传力度,适当提高新农保的给付待遇。
As an important part of China’s social security mechanism, the new rural insurance system has cov-ered county-level administrative units across the country since 2012. This paper uses the latest data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS2020) to study the impact of the new rural insurance scheme on rural personal income. Based on the idea of nested model, OLS multiple regression anal-ysis method was used to study the data of CFPS2020. The results show that the participation in the new rural insurance scheme can promote the personal income of rural residents, but is also affected by individual heterogeneity. Therefore, we should do a good job in the top-level design of the new rural insurance system, increase the publicity of the new rural insurance policies, and appropriate-ly improve the payment and treatment of the new rural insurance system.
