摘要 外泌体是由哺乳动物细胞释放的纳米级双层囊泡小体,曾经一度被认为是身体中的垃圾箱,然而随着对其研究的不断深入,现在被认为是细胞间的通讯介质,能参与机体多种生理和病理过程。最近几年从肿瘤外泌体中寻找特异性的标志物成为了肿瘤研究者重点关注的方向,对肿瘤早期的诊断、疗效的评价和预后的分析具有重要意义。消化系统肿瘤一直是大家比较关注的疾病,常见的恶性肿瘤有:食管癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、肝细胞癌、结直肠癌等,文章主要综述了外泌体及外泌体内含蛋白质和miRNA的功能在这几种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤检测中的应用进展。 Exosomes are nanoscale bilayer vesicle bodies released by mammalian cells once thought to be dustbins, are now thought to be communication mediators between cells which can participate in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. In recent years, the search for specific markers from tumor exosomes has become the focus of tumor researchers, which is of great significance for the early diagnosis, efficacy evaluation and prognosis analysis of tumors. Tumor of digestive system has always been a disease of great concern. Common malignant tumors include esophagus cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer, etc. This paper main-ly reviewed the application progress of exosomes and functions of exosomes containing proteins and miRNAs in the diagnosis of these three common malignant tumors of digestive system.
