摘要
近年生物标志物血清胱抑素C广泛地应用于心血管系统疾病的诊断、治疗及预后的判断。血清胱抑素C与心房颤动(房颤)的关系也逐步引起学者的关注。大量研究表明血清胱抑素C与房颤关系密切,在预测房颤等心血管疾病的临床应用中,血清胱抑素C作为廉价和容易获得的生物标志物的代表,还具有更大的研究潜力。
In recent years, the biomarker serum cystatin C has been widely used in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. The relationship between serum cystatin C and atrial fi-brillation (AF) has gradually attracted the attention of scholars. A large number of studies have shown that serum cystatin C is closely related to atrial fibrillation. In the clinical application of pre-dicting atrial fibrillation and other cardiovascular diseases, serum cystatin C, as a representative of cheap and easily available biomarkers, has greater research potential.
