摘要
目的:探究清单管理在减少弹力绷带致膝关节镜术后器械压力性损伤的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月~2021年12月于我院行膝关节镜手术的164例患者的临床资料,其中80例手术患者为观察组,给予骨科常规护理,84例手术患者为对照组,给予使用清单管理进行护理干预。统计两组患者使用弹力绷带致关节镜术后器械压力性损伤发生率和对于科室护理工作满意度。结果:清单管理实施后,观察组器械压力性发生率为18.75%,对照组为7.14%,显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。患者及家属对科室护理工作满意度提高到91.66%。结论:实施清单管理可以减少弹力绷带致关节镜术后器械压力性损伤,提高患者及家属对科室护理工作满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of checklist management in reducing pressure injury caused by elastic bandage after knee arthroscopy. Methods: The clinical data of 164 patients who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 80 patients in the observation group were given orthopedic routine care, and 84 patients in the control group were given nursing intervention using checklist management. The incidence of pressure injury caused by the use of elastic bandage after arthros-copy and the satisfaction of nursing work in the department were counted. Results: After the im-plementation of checklist management, the incidence of instrument stress was 18.75% in the ob-servation group and 7.14% in the control group, and the incidence of instrument stress in the con-trol group was significantly lower than that in the observation group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The degree of satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing work of the department increased to 91.66%. Conclusion: The implementation of checklist management can reduce the pressure injury caused by elastic bandage after arthroscopy, and improve the satis-faction of patients and their families to the nursing work of the department, which is worthy of clin-ical promotion.
