摘要
葶苈大枣泻肺汤出自于张仲景《金匮要略》,由葶苈子、大枣2味中药组合而成,主治痰水壅实之咳喘胸满,具有泻肺行水、下气平喘之功。本文从国内外数据库中查阅并总结了近些年来的文献报道,对葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗呼吸系统疾病的研究进展进行综述。现代药理研究表明葶苈大枣泻肺汤具有良好的止咳化痰平喘、利水消肿、消炎、强心宣肺、抗肿瘤等作用。本研究以实验研究和临床研究为切入点,对葶苈大枣泻肺汤在药理及临床方面的相关研究进展作一综述,以期为经典名方更好地服务于临床提供借鉴。
Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction is derived from Zhang Zhongjing’s “Golden Synopsis”. It is composed of two traditional Chinese medicines, Draba seed and jujube. It is used to treat the cough and panting chest caused by excessive phlegm and water. In this paper, the literature reports in recent years were reviewed from domestic and foreign databases, and the research progress of the treatment of respiratory diseases with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction was reviewed. Modern pharmacological studies show that Draba has good effects on relieving cough, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma, reducing edema, reducing inflammation, strengthening heart and lung, and anti-tumor. Based on experimental and clinical studies, this study reviewed the progress of pharmacology and clinical studies on Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in order to provide reference for the classic prescription to serve the clinic better.
