摘要
针对手术室护士进行亚健康状态影响因素的研究,可以了解其健康需求,有助于早期识别亚健康并进行防范,对个人及科室健康发展打下基础,对患者手术安全提供保障,对带动医院高质量发展贡献力量。本文从亚健康状态的概念与评估方法、手术室护士亚健康状态以及影响因素方面进行综述,在早期识别、早期防范的同时为今后改善手术室护士亚健康状态进行干预策略提供借鉴依据。
This article studies the influencing factors of sub-health status of operating room nurses, to un-derstand their health needs, to help their early identification and prevention of sub-health, and to lay a foundation for the healthy development of individuals and departments. This paper summa-rizes the concept and evaluation methods of sub-health status, and its influencing factors, to provide early identification and prevention for sub-health status of operating room nurses in the future.
