Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a noninflammatory autoimmune disorder characterized by persistently positive laboratory tests of antiphospholipid antibody (APL) and characterized by pathological pregnancy and thrombosis. In recent years, with the gradual research and increasing understanding of APS, there are more and more patients with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome in clinical practice, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the perinatal period of APS pregnant women is also increasing. Rational application of drug therapy in the early and whole process can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes and fetal outcomes. Therefore, the pregnancy management of APS patients has always been the difficulty and focus of rheumatology and obstet-rics. It can be seen that obstetric APS and its related clinical observations and maternal and infant prognostic studies are hot topics discussed by clinical researchers. The current studies are elabo-rated in the following paragraphs.
