2型糖尿病合并肌少症血清标志物研究进展

摘要 2型糖尿病是一种与胰岛素分泌障碍相关的代谢性疾病,肌少症是指机体骨骼肌质量和数量减少、肌肉力量和功能减退导致疾病的一种慢性进行性发展过程。在T2DM病程中,肌少症的发病风险明显高于正常人群,因此近些年来,肌少症也被认为是T2DM的一种并发症。但目前T2DM患者肌少症发病概率高的原因尚不明确,同时目前肌少症的诊断方法为肌量、肌力、步速、身体活动能力等方面的综合评估,其中肌量检测依赖于双能X线摄像吸收法,而其余三项检查易受到身体状况的影响。本文旨在探讨选取血清标志物,为早期诊断和干预肌少症提供帮助,用以改善患者预后。 Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease related to insulin secretion disorder, and sarcopenia refers to a chronic progressive development process caused by the decrease of skeletal muscle quality and quantity and muscle strength and function. In the course of T2DM, the risk of sarcopenia is obviously higher than that of normal people, so in recent years, sarcopenia is also considered as a complication of T2DM. However, the reason for the high incidence rate of sarcopenia in T2DM patients is still unclear. At the same time, the current diagnostic method of sarcopenia is comprehensive evaluation of muscle mass, muscle strength, walking speed and physical activity ability, among which muscle mass detection depends on dual-energy X-ray absorption method, while the other three tests are easily affected by physical condition. The purpose of this paper is to explore the selection of serum markers, to provide help for early diagnosis and intervention of sarcopenia and to improve the prognosis of patients.
