摘要
胎儿生长受限是一种产科常见疾病,严重影响新生儿预后,为我国新生儿死亡的第二大原因。胎儿生长受限目前暂无有效治疗方法,及时诊断及把握正确的分娩时机是目前面临的难题。超声是目前胎儿宫内诊断及监测的主要手段,将对近年来彩色多普勒超声测量胎儿径线以及相关血流参数对胎儿生长受限的诊断意义予以综述,希望可为临床提供依据。
Fetal growth restriction is a common obstetric disease, which seriously affects the prognosis of newborns and is the second cause of neonatal death in China. There is no effective treatment for fetal growth restriction at present, and timely diagnosis and grasping the correct delivery time are currently facing difficulties. Ultrasound is the main method for intrauterine diagnosis and monitoring of fetuses. In this paper, the diagnostic significance of color Doppler ultrasound in measuring fetal diameter and related blood flow parameters for fetal growth restriction in recent years will be reviewed, hoping to provide a basis for clinical practice.
