摘要 利用积分球作为光接收器来测量出红光、绿光和蓝光三种LED待测光源的光通量,由光通量算出电光转换效率。LED的电光转换效率随着电流的增大而出现了不同程度的衰减,分析LED光源电光转换效率的影响因素。 The luminous flux of red, green and blue light source was measured with integrating sphere as the light receiver, and then the electro-optic conversion efficiency was calculated. The electro-optic conversion efficiency of LED decreases with increasing of current. The factors affecting the conver-sion efficiency of LED light sources are analyzed.
